The bale breaker loaders are useful at the start of the process for the opening of bales of textile fibre. The bale breaker loaders are used to automatically open the bales of textile fibre and then to send the fibre to the fibre blending bins or carding machines.

The bale breaker loaders manufactured by OMT BIELLA have a minimum width of 800 mm and a maximum internal width of 2500 mm.

The fibre bale breaker loaders can be used to feed textile fibre breaking machines or systems used to wet or oil textile fibres.

If one places the textile fibre bale breaker loaders in a row, they can also be used as an excellent textile fibre blending system. For this purpose OMT BIELLA can offer its customers a wide range of systems.

The loader bale breaker weighers placed in a row are capable of weighing and batching different types of textile fibres. In this way the blending of the fibres carried out by the loader weighers ensures that the machine (carding or similar) receives perfectly blended fibre.

The weighing and batching of the textile fibres is carried out by electronic scales and advanced systems, managed by customised software.

The bale breaker loaders and weighers are used to open bales of all main types of textile fibres such as: wool, cotton, polyester, viscose, polyproplene, fibre regenerated from waste and all other natural and synthetic textiles of all denier and lengths.
